Domestic EPC's provided are based upon standard housing stock up to a maximum of 3 bedrooms for a fixed fee of £55.00.  The completed EPC will be provided electronically for online retrieval as standard.  SEnergy Consultancy are also able to provide a printed copy of the Energy Performance Certificate for an additional £5.00 per EPC (this includes 1^st class postage).  Senergy Consultancy are based in Newbury, Berkshire and the energy assessors coverage spans from Hungerford to Thatcham and surrounding regions, however please call to confirm if in any doubt of your location coverage.
